Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Lusya is an adults-only service. These standards explain our zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation and how users can report child-safety concerns.

These standards are public, apply to all users, and supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Lusya prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking or exploitation involving minors, sexualized depictions of minors, and any attempt to involve minors in adult sexual activity.

This prohibition applies to profile content, chat messages, photos, videos, audio, reports, links, usernames, roleplay, AI-generated or edited content, cartoons, descriptions, coded language, and any other content or conduct on or through Lusya.

2. Adults-only access

Users must be at least 18 years old, or older if local law requires. Minors may not create accounts, access Lusya, appear in sexual or exploitative content, or be invited into Lusya.

Accounts reasonably suspected of underage use may be restricted, suspended, deleted, or subject to additional review. We may preserve and process relevant information where needed for child safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.

3. How to report child-safety concerns

Users can report a profile, chat, message, or media item through the in-app report flow. If the report involves a child-safety risk, include enough context for review and do not forward or redistribute illegal material.

For urgent child-safety issues, contact our child-safety point of contact at support@lusya.app. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

4. What we may do after a report

  • Review reported accounts, content, messages, media, metadata, and related technical signals.
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in suspected child-safety violations.
  • Remove, disable, block, blur, or preserve content where appropriate.
  • Use available technical tools, manual review, automated systems, hashes, risk scores, and specialized providers where available and lawful.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and designated reporting bodies where required or permitted by law.

5. CSAM handling and legal reporting

If we become aware of apparent CSAM, grooming, child exploitation, or serious child-safety risks, we may preserve relevant data, restrict accounts, remove or disable content, and report relevant information to NCMEC/CyberTipline, law enforcement, or another designated reporting body where required or permitted by law.

Do not download, save, request, forward, repost, or redistribute suspected CSAM. Report it through Lusya and to appropriate authorities where applicable.

6. User obligations

  • Do not use Lusya if you are underage.
  • Do not ask, encourage, pressure, pay, trick, threaten, or coerce anyone to create or share sexual content involving a minor.
  • Do not pretend to be a minor or ask another user to pretend to be a minor in a sexual context.
  • Do not share links, usernames, contact details, or instructions for finding child-exploitation material.
  • Immediately report suspected child-safety violations and stop interacting with the account involved.

7. Limits of safety tools

Safety tools, reports, moderation, and technical protections reduce risk but cannot guarantee that prohibited content or conduct will never appear. Users remain responsible for their own content, conduct, reports, and interactions.

8. Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards as laws, platform policies, safety practices, or Lusya features change. The updated version will show a new last-updated date.
