Terms of Use

Lusya is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if a higher age is required where you live. By using Lusya, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You may not use Lusya if you are a minor, if you are barred from using the service by law, if your account was previously terminated for abuse unless we give written permission, or if using Lusya would violate these Terms or applicable law.

Where permitted by law, we may restrict or deny access if we reasonably believe that you pose a safety, legal, fraud, exploitation, or abuse risk, including where you are alleged to have committed or are under investigation for violent, sexual, child-safety, trafficking, fraud, or similar serious offenses.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, your browser and device, and all activity under your account.

You must provide truthful and current information, keep your account secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or misuse your account.

Lusya is an adults-only social dating and chat game. It may include matching, invitations, chat, translations, media, gifts, premium features, coins, and other interactive features.

Lusya does not conduct universal criminal background checks, identity checks, or in-person safety checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions, what you share, whom you trust, and whether you meet anyone offline.

You agree to use caution, protect your personal information, meet in public where appropriate, tell someone you trust, and stop communicating with anyone who pressures, threatens, scams, harasses, or makes you uncomfortable.

Subject to these Terms, Lusya grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are solely responsible for the text, photos, videos, audio, profile information, reports, feedback, and other content you submit or send through Lusya.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for your content, including the consent of any identifiable person shown, mentioned, recorded, or depicted.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Lusya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, translate, moderate, analyze, remove, and otherwise use your content only as needed to operate, provide, secure, improve, enforce, support, and legally protect Lusya.

Adult consensual expression may be part of an adults-only dating experience, but Lusya is not a pornography hosting service. Public profiles, unsolicited explicit content, non-consensual intimate material, exploitative content, and any content involving minors are prohibited.

You may not use Lusya for illegal, harmful, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or non-consensual activity. The following conduct is prohibited.

We may, but are not required to, monitor, review, investigate, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content, accounts, messages, media, transactions, and activity when we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, service integrity, support, or enforcement of these Terms.

We may use user reports, technical signals, automated systems, manual review, risk scoring, hashes, classifiers, provider tools, and other safety methods where available. These safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee that prohibited content or conduct will never appear.

We may warn, hide, blur, limit, remove, suspend, ban, shadow-limit, block, terminate, refuse service, remove coins or access, revoke features, preserve records, or report information to law enforcement or designated reporting bodies where required or permitted by law.

If you report another user, the report may include your account ID, the target account, the reported content, screenshots or evidence you attach, timestamps, and other context needed to investigate. Reports are not a substitute for contacting emergency services if you are in immediate danger.

Lusya has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. CSAM and any sexual or exploitative content involving minors are strictly prohibited even if such content is fictionalized, AI-generated, cartoon, roleplay, cropped, blurred, or described indirectly where prohibited by law or these Terms.

If we become aware of apparent CSAM, grooming, child exploitation, trafficking involving minors, or serious child-safety risks, we may immediately restrict accounts, preserve relevant records, remove or disable content, and report relevant information to NCMEC/CyberTipline, law enforcement, or another designated reporting body where required or permitted by law.

You must immediately report suspected child-safety violations through in-app reporting and by contacting our child-safety point of contact listed in the Child Safety Standards.

Paid features may include Premium, coins, media unlocks, gifts, boosts, profile options, and other digital items. Paid features are digital access rights, not bank deposits, stored value, or cash-equivalent property.

Premium and coins have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be limited, changed, removed, or revoked as permitted by law and these Terms. Gifts, unlocks, boosts, and similar consumable actions may be final once used.

Purchases and subscriptions may be processed by RevenueCat and payment or app-store providers. Their terms, billing rules, refund rules, renewal rules, and cancellation mechanisms may apply in addition to these Terms.

Web subscriptions that renew automatically are also governed by the Recurring Payments Policy shown before checkout.

Deleting your Lusya account, uninstalling an app, clearing browser data, losing device access, or stopping use of Lusya does not automatically cancel a subscription. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through the provider or method used to purchase them unless we expressly provide another cancellation flow.

We may refuse, reverse, or revoke paid access where a purchase fails, is charged back, is refunded, appears fraudulent, violates these Terms, or is required by law or provider rules. Refunds are provided only where required by law or applicable provider policy.

Lusya may use location or approximate location to support matching and nearby discovery if you allow it. Location information may be inaccurate, delayed, approximate, or inferred by other users from your behavior or what you share.

You are solely responsible for offline meetings. Lusya does not supervise meetings, verify intentions, guarantee compatibility, guarantee user identity, or guarantee that another user is safe, truthful, lawful, or suitable for you.

Lusya relies on third-party services such as Firebase/Google, RevenueCat, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, translation infrastructure, analytics with consent, security tools, and other providers. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

Third-party links, stores, payment pages, social networks, or external websites may have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing them before using those services.

You may stop using Lusya at any time and may request or use account deletion where available. We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse access at any time where permitted by law, including for suspected violations, safety risks, fraud, illegal activity, repeat reports, chargebacks, or threats to users, Lusya, or third parties.

Account deletion may remove or anonymize profile data and related account records, but some data may remain where necessary for safety, anti-abuse, purchase records, legal compliance, accounting, backups, dispute resolution, or legal claims, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Termination does not limit our right to preserve evidence, enforce these Terms, collect amounts owed, cooperate with lawful requests, or maintain records needed to prevent repeat abuse.

Lusya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, security, availability, accuracy, compatibility, or suitability.

We do not guarantee that Lusya will meet your expectations, that users will be truthful or compatible, that content will be accurate or safe, that every violation will be detected, or that safety features will prevent all harm.

You use Lusya, communicate with users, share content, view content, rely on translations, spend coins, purchase features, and meet people offline at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lusya and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to Lusya, user content, user conduct, purchases, location data, offline meetings, security incidents, service interruptions, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to Lusya will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Lusya for the service during the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lusya and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your conduct, your use or misuse of Lusya, your offline meetings, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of another person.

We may update these Terms when the service, laws, providers, safety processes, or business needs change. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Lusya operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive authority for disputes unless mandatory law gives you another venue.
