Recurring Payments Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This Recurring Payments Policy explains how automatically renewing Lusya subscriptions work when you buy a subscription through the web app, website, an app store, or another supported checkout flow.

This Policy supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If a checkout screen, app store, payment provider, or local notice shows additional subscription terms, those terms also apply to that purchase.

Questions about subscriptions or recurring payments can be sent to support@lusya.app.

1. Subscription details before payment

Before you are charged, Lusya shows the subscription plan, billing period, price, currency, and the fact that the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

By confirming the purchase, you authorize Lusya and its payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the selected subscription and future renewals.

2. Automatic renewal

After the first subscription period, and after each later subscription period, the subscription automatically renews for the same or equivalent period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or another cancellation deadline shown at checkout or by the payment provider applies.

Renewal charges may be made within the final 24 hours before the current period ends, using the payment method and checkout platform used for the original purchase, or another payment method you later authorize for that subscription.

3. Payment provider and card data

Payments may be processed by RevenueCat, app-store providers, card processors, acquiring banks, fraud-prevention providers, or other supported payment providers.

Lusya does not store full card numbers. Payment providers may store payment details, tokens, transaction records, and billing metadata as needed to process the initial payment, renewals, refunds where applicable, fraud checks, tax, accounting, and support.

Your bank statement or receipt may show Lusya, the payment provider, an app store, or another merchant descriptor connected to the payment flow.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through the same platform or provider used to buy it, unless Lusya provides another cancellation flow for that purchase.

For web subscriptions, cancellation may be available in Lusya subscription settings or through the payment-provider management link shown for that purchase. App-store subscriptions must usually be cancelled through the relevant app-store account settings.

Cancelling at least 24 hours before the current period ends stops the next renewal. It does not normally refund the current paid period, and you may keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Deleting your Lusya account, uninstalling an app, clearing browser data, losing access to a device, or stopping use of Lusya does not automatically cancel a subscription.

5. Refunds, taxes, and failed payments

Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable payment-provider policy.

Prices may not include taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. If tax, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges apply, they may be added or collected by the payment provider.

If a renewal payment fails, Lusya or the payment provider may retry the charge, request updated payment details, limit paid features, suspend Premium access, or cancel the subscription.

6. Offers and price changes

Lusya may offer promotions, discounts, trials, bundles, or limited-time subscription pricing. The offer terms are shown before payment and may differ by user, market, platform, or checkout provider.

We may change subscription prices or plan availability. Where required, we will provide advance notice before a price change applies to a future renewal.
