• Age, entered by the user.
• Geolocation and IP address (used for matching players nearby).
Chats: Messages, photos, and videos within the chat are temporarily stored to ensure the app functions correctly and are automatically deleted after a certain period.
2. How We Use the Data
The collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
• To match players for interaction.
• To ensure the app’s stability and improve functionality.
• To analyze app errors and usage via analytics tools.
We do not use data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Handling Complaints
If a user submits a complaint, the content associated with the complaint may be reviewed to ensure compliance with the app’s rules. Such reviews are conducted to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all participants. Immediate removal of reported content cannot be guaranteed.
4. Use of Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
Firebase
Firebase is a core service that ensures the app functions properly. It is responsible for:
• Authentication: User login and account management (e.g., via Apple ID).
• Real-Time Database: Enabling real-time messaging and data storage for app functionality.
• Analytics and Crash Reporting: Monitoring app performance and resolving issues.
Data processed by Firebase may include user identifiers (e.g., Apple ID), IP addresses, geolocation, and usage data necessary for the app to function.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat is used to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
International Data Transfers: Data processed by Firebase and RevenueCat may be transferred to servers located outside your country. Both services adhere to international data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA, where applicable.
5. Data Security
We apply standard security measures to protect the data processed within the app.
Automated Moderation: Certain elements, such as text messages, are reviewed by the system to ensure compliance with the app’s rules.
6. Push Notifications
The app may send push notifications to inform users about new features, game events, or activity in the app. Users can disable notifications via their device settings.
7. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases
For managing subscriptions and in-app purchases (e.g., purchasing coins), we use the third-party service RevenueCat.
Refunds: All payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies, and Musi is not responsible for any denial of refund requests.
8. Age Restriction
The app is intended for users aged 18 and older. Users must confirm their age during registration.
If it becomes known that a user is under 18, their account may be deleted, and access to the app may be blocked.
9. Interaction with Law Enforcement Authorities
We respect our users’ privacy but may disclose data when required to comply with applicable laws. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities only when a legally valid request is received (e.g., a court order or other official document).
The information shared will be limited to the minimum necessary to fulfill the request. As data such as chat content is stored temporarily, some information may not be available at the time of the request.
10. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for the actions of users, including sending prohibited content or any misuse of the app.
• The app is provided “as is,” without any guarantees of error-free operation. In the event of technical failures, temporary or permanent suspension of the app, the company’s liability is limited solely to obligations towards subscribers.
• We do not control or bear responsibility for the performance of third-party services such as Firebase or RevenueCat.
11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or comply with legal requirements. Users will be notified of any significant changes through the app. By continuing to use the app after the update, you acknowledge and accept the revised policy.
