Roleplay for couples: choose a story together
For adults aged 18 and over. Every activity is optional and requires everyone’s agreement.
Roleplay can start with a setting and a conversation. Two adults agree on the mood, choose who plays each character and decide how far the story should go. You can enjoy the dialogue without acting anything out.
Choose a setting you both understand
Start with a simple fictional meeting, such as two travellers waiting for the same train. Decide what each character wants from the conversation and leave room for improvisation. Discuss any subjects you want to leave out before starting. A short scene is easier to adjust than a complicated script.
Use a story as a prompt
Lusya’s stories offer preset scenarios with roles and scenes for two people sharing a screen. Read the opening together, agree on the roles and continue only while you both enjoy it. A suggested scene is an invitation to imagine together. You can pause or choose another story.
Finish with a short conversation
Choose a phrase that clearly ends the fictional scene. Afterwards, ask which part was enjoyable and whether anything felt uncomfortable. You can keep a favourite setting for another evening or change the roles next time. Playing a character does not create an obligation to repeat or extend the experience.
Questions before you start
Do we need costumes or acting experience?
A conversation and a setting are enough. Start with a short scene, read from the screen if you prefer, and stop whenever either person wants.
Can we play the same story from separate devices?
The Couple story experience is designed for two people sharing one screen. For a conversation at a distance, agree on a theme and use messages. The local game does not synchronise a shared story across devices.
